Return Policy

China Compounds distributes research-use-only (RUO) materials and does not accept returns because we cannot verify a product's efficacy, condition, or handling after it leaves our distribution network. All sales are final once an order has shipped, except where a verified shipment error or documented product integrity issue is confirmed by China Compounds.

Order Cancellations

China Compounds may approve cancellation requests at its discretion when they are submitted before an order enters fulfillment or ships. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified. A buyer's cancellation request does not take effect unless China Compounds provides written confirmation.

When Refunds Are Issued

Refunds are issued for: verified shipment errors (wrong item or quantity), documented product integrity issues, and orders canceled before shipment.

Refunds are not available for: orders that have already shipped (unless a shipping error is confirmed), change of mind, opened or used products, or international orders delayed or seized by customs.

Refund Processing

Once a refund is requested and approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Contact our support team with your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting documentation. We aim to review every request and respond within 1–2 business days.
