Shipping Coverage

China Compounds ships to all 50 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, and offers international shipping. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an international order before shipment at our discretion, including when we cannot ship to a destination or satisfy applicable shipping or import requirements. If we cancel an international order after payment has been received, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Processing Time & Carriers

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of confirmed payment. Shipping confirmation and tracking information are sent by email once the order ships. We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and order contents.

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
• Overnight / Priority: 1–2 business days
• Puerto Rico / U.S. Virgin Islands: 5–10 business days

Address Accuracy

Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. China Compounds is not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address.

International Orders

International buyers are solely responsible for all customs duties, taxes, tariffs, and import fees. China Compounds does not collect or prepay customs charges. Buyers must verify that their country's importation laws permit the receipt of research-use materials before placing an order. We may decline or cancel an international order before shipment when these requirements cannot be satisfied; if payment has been received, the cancelled order will be refunded to the original payment method.
